If you conclude a contract as a consumer, you have the following right of cancellation. A "consumer" is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
The product packaging, packaging and any standard accessories included must be complete and undamaged in the package you send us for return. If the product is not defective or faulty and its resaleability has not been impaired, you may return it within the withdrawal period. The shipping costs for faulty or defective products that you have requested to return or exchange will be covered by our company. For products returned arbitrarily, the costs of shipping and return shipping, as well as any costs for reinstating the product, will be deducted from the refund amount. As the stock of products sold is limited, no exchange guarantee can be given. If an exchange is not possible, the refund process will be initiated.
